A fun single from Android Automatic. "City Heat" is explosive disco with an outrun pace, an anthemic action tone, and guitar synth accents, including a rapid-fire solo near the middle of the track. It's dangerous while driving. "Last Kiss" is a gentler, slower track whose percussive claps feel so distant that they sound like snapping fingers. The thing that really grabs me about "Last Kiss" is the higher-pitched synth line, which along with the astral chords gives the track a very dreamy feel.

Definitely in my top 10 out of the AWITW albums. Mirage is my favorite track, and I can only image seeing a lone keytar player under a spotlight cranking out this emotional solo. ---- I purchased the COVID-19 deal for all 101 releases and making my way through them all: 4/101
